Designed by SMPL Design Studio, this striking modern home is a model of sustainable innovation. Built with a focus on energy efficiency and environmental harmony, it features a 2,800-square-foot green roof and an 8-kilowatt solar array, seamlessly blending with its natural surroundings. The green roof doubles as an urban farm, offering a dedicated space to grow fresh vegetables throughout the summer—elevated above the living area to maximize sunlight exposure and stay safely out of reach of wildlife. Thoughtfully designed for a greener future, this home redefines modern, eco-conscious living.
